Karen Sue Wilson, 81, of Lakeview, OH, passed away Thursday, March 27, 2025, at Ayden Healthcare, Bellefontaine, OH. She was surrounded by family.
Karen was born on June 10, 1943, in Bellefontaine, OH, a daughter of the late Herbert "Bill" and Relda Thomas Campbell. She was preceded in death by a sister, Sharon Argabright and a brother, Gary "Clyde" Campbell.
Karen is survived by her son, Grant (Shedrick "Shed" Siler) Wilson of Columbus, OH, and many nieces and nephews.
She was a graduate of Indian Lake High School and held many jobs in her lifetime, from being a waitress at the San Juan Ball Room to working in housekeeping and factory work. But her most rewarding career was working for the Indian Lake School's cafeterias and seeing all the kids, retiring in 2006. She took great pride in making sure that the kids got the best possible lunch.
